What we collect, why we collect it, and how to change your mind. In plain English, because legal pages nobody can read help nobody.

This site is run by Core Studio, 7 Delacourt Road, Blackheath, London SE3 8XA. If you have any question about anything on this page, email info@thecorestudio.co.uk or call 07894 522063 and we will answer it properly.
If you fill in a form on this site, we ask for your name, a way to reach you, and whatever you choose to tell us about what you are after. We use it for one thing: getting back to you about training at Core Studio.
Alongside your message, our server records the time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user agent. That is there to catch spam and to prove a message arrived if one ever goes missing.
We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Enquiries are kept for two years and then deleted. If you become a member, your membership records are held separately in our booking system for as long as you are with us and for six years afterwards, which is what HMRC expects of business records.
Nothing that tracks you runs on this site unless you say yes. When you first arrive you will see a banner asking about analytics. If you decline, or simply ignore it, no analytics are loaded at all. Not loaded and switched off, but never requested in the first place.

Google Analytics is provided by Google, who process the data on our behalf. We have turned off advertising features and we do not use the site for ad targeting or remarketing. We cannot see who you are from it, only patterns across everyone who visits.
You can change your answer whenever you like. Open your cookie settings and choose again. Declining later stops any further analytics immediately.
Our class timetable is powered by bsport, our booking system, and loads inside the timetable page. When you book or buy through it you are dealing with bsport directly and their own privacy terms apply to that booking.
We are also listed on ClassPass and Wellhub. If you follow a link to either of them you leave this site, and what happens next is covered by their privacy policies, not this one.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@thecorestudio.co.uk and we will sort it within a month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your information badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we get the chance to fix it.
We collect what you send us so we can reply to you. Analytics only run if you agree. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
